Betterscooter offers client support for faulty products. There is a 12-month conditional warranty on factory defaults. The terms of this warranty are outlined as follows:
Return products you are unsatisfied with.
7 Day Limited Return Policy: Item must be in new/unused condition and contain all original packaging and accessories (including all warranty cards and product manuals/instructions).. Restocking Fees may apply ans also purchaser is responsible for the return shipping fee.
What does this warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser. betterscooter will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts are our discretion. Replacements may be different but functionally equivalent models.
What does this warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation or maintenance.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall betterscooter be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages or liabilities (including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of product, or any other consequential or incidental loss) in connection with the purchase, use, or operation of the product. betterscooter is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or death.
If stock has been received and the credit card has been charged, then a service fee will be deducted off the credit. This fee will be 5% of total amount charged and refunded, with a Minimum $10.00 Fee --This fee covers both the fees we incur when we charge and then credit a cancelled order.
If an order has been processed and packed to ship, it may not be possible to cancel that order.
If an order has been shipped then ALL return fees and original shipping costs will be at the customers expense.
Customers will only receive a refund which deducted off the original shipping costs and return fees, also $10 restocking fee will be charged during this process.
